Covid-19 Statement
So that Fixturelite and our partners can ensure that employees are safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, service levels have changed slightly to ensure that work areas are maintained and processes are performed within current CDC safety guidelines. Masks are required at all times on company property. Should there be a COVID-19 incident in one of our workplaces, the location shall close and follow all CDC guidelines prior to reopening.
Any site requesting assembly/installation services must meet the current CDC guidelines for work areas, distancing, masking, etc., and must have a process in place to help ensure that sick employees, contractors, visitors, etc. are sent home upon arrival. Should a location have a COVID-19 incident, upon cleanup following CDC guidelines, a minimum of a 10-day COVID-19 incident-free waiting period must precede any onsite assembly/installation.
We will still provide quotes within 3 business days after receiving ALL requested information and once we receive payment or PO, we will ship your order as quickly as safely possible; usually within 4 weeks of receiving your payment.
Due to capacity issues in the trucking industry brought on significantly by Covid-19, shipping times have increased. While we are committed to getting your order to you just as quickly as is safely possible, we are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates at this time.
Fixturelite shall not be responsible for delays in the delivery of an order to a customer, nor damages caused by such delay, when such delays are the result either directly, or indirectly of COVID-19 or the prevention there of.
